Pursuant to Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the subjects to whom the data refer have the right to obtain, at any time, confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data, to be informed of its origin and content, the purpose and method of processing, to verify its accuracy and to obtain its updating, rectification or integration. Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Italian Privacy Guarantor – link to the page of the Guarantor http://www.garanteprivacy.it/web/guest/home/docweb/-/docweb-display/docweb/4535524). More generally, data subjects may exercise all the rights that are recognised by the current provisions of law. Pursuant to the same regulation, the parties concerned have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, as well as to oppose in any case the processing of data concerning them. In particular, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
